Carol Morgan Joins HomeAid Atlanta Board of Directors

HomeAid Atlanta is excited to welcome Denim Marketing President Carol Morgan to its Board of Directors. As a nonprofit organization and designated charity of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), HomeAid Atlanta is dedicated to building new lives for families and individuals experiencing homelessness through housing and community outreach. Within the Board, Morgan will use her creativity and expertise to head the newly formed Marketing Committee.

As a longtime supporter of HomeAid and recipient of the 2013 Trade Partner of the Year Award, Morgan is familiar with the organization’s mission and values. Over the years, she has assisted HomeAid with several marketing initiatives, supported the organization’s annual Essentials Drive and participated in HomeAid Care Days with her Denim Marketing team.

Morgan’s team at Denim Marketing focuses on marketing strategy while integrating public relations, social media, content and creativity into the mix to create engaging stories that garner measurable traffic and show impressive ROIs. With Morgan’s extensive marketing background, knowledge and expertise, she has authored four books including her latest, “Social Media Marketing for Your Business,” published by Builder Books.

In addition to serving as President of Denim Marketing, Morgan is also the creator of the nationally-ranked and award-winning www.AtlantaRealEstateForum.com. Through the popular real estate news blog, in 2011, Carol also launched the site’s podcast. Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio aims to showcase the movers and shakers of Atlanta’s real estate industry, as well as highlight local nonprofits, attractions and exciting things to do around the metro area.

Throughout her career, Carol has played an active role in the homebuilding industry, serving numerous leadership positions including an advisor for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Chair Greg Ugalde in 2019 and a past Membership Chair of NAHB Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council. Along with her position as head of the new HomeAid AtlantaMarketing Committee, Morgan also serves as the Second Vice President of the NAHB Associates Council.

A proud graduate of Oglethorpe University, Morgan holds a master’s in residential marketing, is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist and received Certified Sales Professional designations from NAHB. She is the recipient of several prestigious awards including the 2008 Spirit of Oglethorpe Award, the Public Relations Society Georgia Chapter’s George Goodwin Award, the Greater Atlanta HBA’s 2008 Associate of the Year, the 2012 Council Chair of the Year and the PWB 2016 Woman of the Year.
