Congratulations to Steve Brock, founder of Brock Built for being awarded the 2009 Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Builder of the Year Award. Both an Atlanta home builder and a member of HBA, Brock received this esteemed recognition at the annual Greater Atlanta HBA awards banquet which reflected upon 2008’s successes and recognized others’ great achievements. Steve has constructed over 1,000 homes since 1984 when he started his company. His time is well-invested in the revitalization of existing communities in Atlanta.

Brock Built neighborhoods can be found at the heart of Atlanta, combining suburban and city life into one. He incorporates energy efficient building techniques in his practices and constructs most homes in compliance with EarthCraft House Standards. Brock has also served on various councils at the HBA including the Government Affairs Council and the Developers Council. Since 1997, he has served on the HBA’s board of directors.

The Atlanta Builder of the Year Award is considered the most prestigious local award for home builders. With genuine goals aimed towards enhancing the quality of living for residents, it is no surprise that Brock Built received this award! Congratulations Steve!
