Sales & Marketing Manager of Piedmont Residential Shelby Feinberg is in studio with co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick. Feinberg goes into detail on the latest happenings with Piedmont Residential, including its newest 55+ active adult communities.
With the mission of building affordable homes, Piedmont Residential builds mainly for first-time buyers. Recently, the company has branched out towards 55+ active adults. To help keep homes affordable, Piedmont Residential builds basic layouts with plenty of customization options for future buyers. This allows everyone to stay on budget, while also allowing for the addition of unique upgrades along the way.
“You can take a four-bedroom home that starts in the $220,000s, and you can add options to bring it all the way up to a $300,000s home,” said Feinberg. “Or, that $220,000 four-bedroom spaces is a very livable, move-in ready home.”
Building in several cities and counties around Georgia, you can purchase a Piedmont Residential home in Cherokee, Paulding, Newnan and Hoschton. In the communities, available for all types of buyers, future homeowners have almost ten unique floorplans to choose from. These plans offer a wide set of desirable features including master on main plans, ranch style homes, flex space and three to five bedrooms.
Pickens County is also home to the newest 55+ community available. Piedmont Village is an active adult community in Jasper, Ga. This community offers the Augusta and the Waterford floorplan and starts from the $220,000s. The first plan is a ranch-style home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second plan is a three-bedroom home with two stories and a master on main layout. Both homes feature a built-in covered patio, perfect for outdoor living!
“We are talking about them more as a cottage-style product,” said Feinberg. “They nestle in so well in the mountain scape of jasper. We are really excited about what is to come at Piedmont Village in 2020.”
Another active adult community by Piedmont Residential is High Shoals. This established community is welcoming Phase II and is now taking presales. Interested buyers are encouraged to visit the beautifully decorated model home available for viewing onsite. The model home features the incredibly popular Turnbridge floorplan.
