David Weekley Homes Expanding in 20+ New Home Markets

Known for building a quality product with a quality team, David Weekley Homes is currently focused on expanding within the 20+ new home markets it serves. Atlanta Division President Eric Price joins Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio for a bonus All About Real Estate segment to discuss its new Atlanta homes and involvement in the community with co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick.

From Historic Kirkwood and the Marietta/Smyrna area to Alpharetta and Milton, David Weekley Homes offers a variety of products in sought-after locations. One community located in Woodstock, Heritage at Towne Lake, is about half sold out with roughly six quick-delivery homes available now. Priced from the mid-$300,000s, the single-family homes at Heritage Towne Lake offer 1,780 to 2,535 square feet of living space with seven home designs to choose from. This gated, 55+ community offers a low-maintenance lifestyle to its residents.

Nearby in Marietta, low-maintenance, single-family homes are also available at Marietta Township. Priced from the $366,000s, homes offer 1,771 to 2,561 square feet of living space in a gated setting.  With six single-level designs to choose from, there are plenty of options for active-adult buyers.

Only three opportunities remain at The Reserve at Old Atlanta, a community of single-family homes in Suwanee. Starting from the $637,000s, homes offer 3,355 to 3,614 square feet of impressive living space. Time is running out to join this family-friendly, Forsyth County community.

Additionally, New Smyrna homes are now selling at Enclave at Belmont Commons and Enclave Belmont Cottages. Belmont Commons features single-family designs from the $388,000s ranging from 1,722 to 2,495 square feet while Belmont Cottages features detached townhomes from the $339,000s with 1,502 to 1798 square feet of living space. Residents of this gated community enjoy an impressive amenities package that includes a pool and cabana.

David Weekley Homes also features a combination of single-family homes and townhomes at Hargrove, a new Decatur community. Starting from $456,166, townhomes feature 1,657 to 2,160 square feet of living space while single-family designs offer 2,260 to 2,741 square feet of living space from the $546,159s.

The home builder also prides itself on its community involvement. Most recently, the David Weekley Care Group partnered with HomeAid Atlanta to construct access and handicap ramps on area homes. Coming up, the Care Group will collect non-perishable items and turkeys for the Thanksgiving season.
