Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Brock Built Homes for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Social Media Campaign – Builder/Developer category. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Brock Built created a Facebook ad for a gorgeous new custom home located in Ansley Park. This brownstone-inspired new construction single-family home features four-sides brick, custom fabricated railings and a breathtaking rooftop terrace which includes a fireplace and a covered area. This home will take your breath away! The interior layout is extremely open with exposed beams in family room, a one-of-a-kind Fox Mountain Stone surround gas fireplace, and a gorgeous and sleek kitchen featuring Decor inset white maple cabinets with glass uppers, Calcutta Marble countertops, and Decor stainless appliances.

This Facebook ad, in a week’s time, reached 177,774 users, had 4,670 likes and comments, 42,854 photo views and generated 21,149 clicks to the website. It also generated more than 30 showings. This was by far the most successful post ever done for Brock Built Homes, and quite likely for any other local or national builder.
