Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Copper Sky Renovations for winning a Gold OBIE in the Bathroom over $25,000 category. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

In this renovation, Copper Sky Renovations converted a small hall bath, expanded the footprint and created a spa-like atmosphere in their client’s new master bathroom.

A classic Carrera marble tile was chosen in for the bathroom which aligned with the rest of the vintage bungalow look throughout the house. Copper Sky Renovations then created a rug type look with small octagonal tile in front of the vanity and shower.

The pedestal tub was installed in the shower area to create a European wet room style in the bathroom. In addition, the shower is a zero entry shower with a linear drain. This gives the perception that there is no delineation between the shower and the bathroom and flows seamlessly between the two areas. The vanity is a restoration hardware vanity with shaker inset cabinetry. It all works together wonderfully to create an open spa-like environment.

This is a perfect example of a high-quality renovation completed in a small space. This bathroom is simple, classic and extremely tasteful. The open format was created by not including any points of demarcation such as shower curbs or glass barriers.
