Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

This design center is a renovated house that was repurposed as a design center for three communities.

This design studio is a great example of repurposing an existing structure into a viable design center.  The feeling is warm with neutral colors, wainscoting and fireplace. The design studio also boasts comfortable seating with the use of both new and vintage furnishings.
