Today on the All About Real Estate edition of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio, co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick continue this month’s celebrations of six years of radio segments by welcoming back a guest who has likely participated in every year of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Ilir Imeraj, Marketing Manager of Brock Built Homes, discusses Brock Built’s legacy as an Atlanta builder and their commitment to building communities instead of only homes.

Listeners of this show are no strangers to Brock Built Homes, who has been building in Atlanta for 30 years. Their developments in the Marietta, Woodstock, Norcross, East Atlanta and Midtown have gained a reputation for embracing the locale and unique setting of each spot for the communities, rather than introducing a huge plot of land with the same homes and the same amenities. Adams Vineyard in Norcross, for example, has a vineyard as part of its amenities because the location for the community already boasted acres of grapevines.

Sylvester Circle, a small, intimate community in East Atlanta, is an enclave of only 16 homes, like Brock Built’s Glenaire. Imeraj says the purpose of building small communities like these is to provide residents with a little corner of a much-loved or popular area. The decision to keep the original, historic features of a location lets Brock Built offer home buyers a place they continue to love to live.

However, Brock Built knows that large communities have their place. Westside Station in Midtown will have around 100 single-family homes and townhomes and boasts walking trails and easy convenience to the best of Midtown, downtown Atlanta and North Atlanta.

Brock Built is also on the lookout when it comes to innovating in the homes themselves, as well as in the locations they choose. Soon, Brock Built standard features will include Amazon Alexas for automating features like the thermostat, kitchen appliances, lights and more.

Sylvester Circle, Westside Station and other stellar Brock Built communities have opportunities available. Mangêt in Marietta, within walking distance of the Marietta Square, Oakhurst within walking distance of downtown Woodstock, Adams Vineyard and more give residents the true sense of community they are seeking in
