Kevin Aycock Homes, LLC, is pleased to announce that it has purchased an Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchise and will now be building custom homes throughout Buckhead under the well-established brand.

After graduating from the University of Georgia, Founder and President Kevin Aycock became a residential builder, working with one of Atlanta’s top home builders. Aycock eventually founded his own homebuilding business, developing and expanding it into a successful custom building operation. Kevin later returned to UGA to earn his MBA.

As a board member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, HomeAid Atlanta and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Aycock is heavily involved in the industry and local community. Kevin Aycock Homes was also included as a member of the Bulldog 100 Class of 2014 and 2015, honoring the University of Georgia’s 100 fastest-growing alumni-owned businesses, as well as 2014 Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Pace Setter Award, honoring Atlanta’s fastest growing companies. Kevin was also named to the 2016 UGA 40 under 40 class and is currently part of the 2017 Leadership Georgia class.

Now, Aycock is ready to expand further, representing Arthur Rutenberg Homes in Atlanta’s premier neighborhoods. Aycock will build homes designed by Arthur Rutenberg Homes throughout Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods, including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Virginia Highland, Morningside and others.
