March 6: A Social Mess, an event marketing company, presents the sixth annual LEPRE*CON festival in Park Tavern featuring the highly anticipated Spring Break Stage, Bent Tent Stage, mascot appearances, eight different DJs and surprise guests along with the anticipated crowd of more than 4,000 people.

Shamrock ‘N Roll Road Race

March 6: Get your running shoes ready for this road race in Atlantic Station hosted by the Junior League of Atlanta, a group of women dedicating to improving the Atlanta community. Proceeds from this race will be used to aid community services programs and projects for this organization.

Sixth Annual Green Mile Block Party

March 11: Celebrate at the Ri Ra Irish Pub with more than 1,000 attendees for an early start to your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. This Midtown entertainment pub is guaranteed to provide you with a night to remember.

Virginia Highlands Kegs and Eggs

March 12: Join more than 500 early risers at this event beginning at 10 a.m. Tickets to this event includes a complimentary themed drink from each of the six participating Highland bars: Neighbor’s Pub, Hand in Hand, J & J Bourbon Bar & Grill, Atkins Park, Dark Horse Tavern and Diesel.

St. Patrick’s Parade 5K Run/Walk

March 12: Keep the momentum up for your New Year’s Resolutions by running or walking in this 5K throughout the roads of Midtown, Piedmont Park and historic Peachtree Street. All competitors over the age of 21 who finish the race will receive a complimentary draft Guinness Nitro IPS or Blonde after the race and specials on the delicious meals at Fado Irish Pub in Midtown.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade

March 12: Right after going on the 5K run, cool down with the 134th installation of this parade filled with activities perfect for a family day out. Music, dancing and other festivities attest to the effervescence of this city and its appeal to a wide range of people.

March 12: Get ready to have the time of your life at Encore Park with food, drinks and music all while benefiting research towards the cure for the life-limiting genetic disorder, cystic fibrosis.

Sixth Annual Suwannee Beer Fest

March 19: Winner of the Best Festival in Gwinnett County, this celebration features thousands of attendees, diverse food options that suit every appetite, more than 250 featured craft beers and live music throughout the entire event.

2016 Atlanta Streetcar St. Patrick’s Day Bar Crawl

March 19: Downtown Atlanta never disappoints when it comes to themed celebrations. End your week of celebrations on the right note by taking a weekend ride through Atlanta on a streetcar. You’ll be able to enjoy the scenery of historic sites such as Edgewood Avenue, Fairlie Poplar, Peachtree Corridor and Centennial Park, with close friends for an afternoon to remember.
