Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Creating an open space free of railings and safe for children, Intown Renovations Group placed the decking as close to the ground as possible using a slab foundation. This increased the overall height of the covered porch, which they further accentuated with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. Trex decking in a warm brown spiced rum color was used to keep the decking “maintenance free.” Tongue and groove ceiling and pendant lights gave a high-end detailed look to this renovation.
