Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Thrive Homes, LLC for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best On-Site Signage category for its Seven Twelve Oakview community in DeKalb County. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Thrive Homes wanted to cohesively communicate the feel of Seven Twelve Oakview in order to increase sales and establish a presence in Decatur. To reach this goal, the builder created an announcement sign, a permanent community sign, directional signs to lead traffic into the community and marketing banners reflecting inventory. During construction, the builder used signs at each unit and outfitted each home with permanent house numbers upon completion.
