On this week’s All About Real Estate edition of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio, our hosts Bryan Nonni and Todd Schnick speak with Shelby Feinberg of Piedmont Residential. Shelby is the Marketing and Sales Coordinator with the builder, and she stopped by to discuss the exciting things happening with Piedmont Residential.

Piedmont Residential specializes in building affordable homes for the first-time buyer in metro Atlanta. With a wide variety of floor plans and customizable options and upgrades, the builder is able to meet the needs of just about any price range. The ability to offer the customer options is what helps to set Piedmont Residential apart from other builders. In fact, the builder has taken notice that the customization trend is in high demand with consumers, as Shelby explains, “As always, we are seeing the trend of buyers really customizing their home within their budget; something that we are seeing now with buyers is the details to the design aspect. The grey color schemes and wanting more exterior color schemes, which is something we brought on this year in white cabinets, they are in, everybody wants them and they are willing to pay for them.” Shelby adds that with each floor plan, Piedmont Residential has more than 13 pages of design options for customers to choose from. This process also helps the customer feel more involved in the construction and design of their home.

In an effort to continue providing homes in the areas buyers want to live in, the builder is excited to be breaking ground on seven new communities before the end of the year. This will include an expansion into Cherokee County, Paulding County and for the first time, Jackson County and the Braselton area.

One of the new communities is High Shoals, located in Acworth. This beautiful community will become home for 75 new buyers and is minutes from Lake Allatoona, making it the perfect community for an active family. There will be a variety of home plans offered in the community and homes built on a slab foundation will be priced from the $190,000s, a great price point for the location.

Another new community for Piedmont Residential is Harmony Creek. Located in the heart of Hiram, this community is just minutes from historic downtown Hiram and will have 89 homes priced from the $160,000s.

The third new community Shelby discussed with our hosts is Holly Commons in Canton. This is an existing community that Piedmont Residential will be finishing. The amenities package available at Holly Commons is spectacular and includes a large pool and pool house area, as well as green space. Homes in the community will be priced from the $190,000s.

In addition to the new communities Piedmont Residential is building, there are additional incentives being offered by the builder as well. To promote its preferred lender team, the builder is offering $3,500 toward closing costs when buyers use a preferred lender.

To add to the excitement of new communities and buyer incentives, the builder is also hosting Sneak Peak Luncheons over the next few months as construction begins in its newest communities. These events will allow customers to see the homes Piedmont Residential is offering and will get agents into the area. Be sure to keep watching Atlanta Real Estate Forum for information on those upcoming events.

Interested buyers that have questions about the homes available by Piedmont Residential can visit the builder website at www.PiedmontResidential.com, or call the Sales Concierge at 678-977-2200.
