Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio, Atlanta’s longest-running new home and home builder-focused radio show, is celebrating its third anniversary! The show, which is designed to be of interest to both industry professionals and consumers, gathers all of the latest Atlanta real estate news into an exciting digital format.
Airing three times per week, the show includes Wednesday’s Deal of the Week highlighting special incentives being offered by Atlanta home builders, Thursday’s Around Atlanta segment that educates listeners on exciting activities or attractions to enjoy around Atlanta, and Friday’s segment is All About Real Estate featuring an in-depth interview with an industry insider.
Recent shows have included interviews with representatives from popular Atlanta attractions, such as the Fox Theatre, the Atlanta Home Show, DragonCon, the Children’s Museum of Atlanta and TopGolf. During Friday’s All About Real Estate segment, listeners can enjoy interviews with The Providence Group, Monte Hewett Homes, Brock Built, Smith Douglas Homes, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and MetroStudy. Finally, the radio show has featured interviews with unique guests, such as Whole Foods, the Canton Main Street Program, the Mayor of Kennesaw, Waffle House and Pike Nursery.
The show is hosted by Carol Morgan and Senior Account Manager Laura Craft, and they are joined in studio by Todd Schnick and Todd Youngblood with Dreamland Studios.
During its three years, Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio and its team of hosts and producers have been honored with a variety of awards. The show was most recently named as a finalist for the 2014 Phoenix Awards Competition by the Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. In addition, the radio show has won a Gold Hermes Creative Award for 2013 in the audio/podcast category, a Silver OBIE Award in 2013 for Internet Marketing – Best Audio/Visual, and a Gold AVA Digital Award for 2013 in the audio production/radio/podcast category.
