This weekend marks the final opportunity for interested homebuyers to attend Fischer Homes’ Designs on Parade event at its newest South Forsyth community, Barrett Landing! Event attendees can tour move-in ready homes that have been designed by both nationally-recognized architects and the Fischer Homes design team.

During the event, which is being held Saturday, Sept. 27 and Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014 from noon until 6 p.m., attendees can enjoy food and refreshments, as well as free popsicles from King of Pops from 2 until 4 p.m. each afternoon. In addition, everyone in attendance can enter for a chance to win a Whirlpool washer and dryer or a Gladiator garage package.

The homes available to tour during the Designs on Parade event include the community’s new Marshall model home. Offering more than 3,800 square feet of living space, this home features a spacious family room, luxurious owner’s suite, a stunning gourmet kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, three secondary bedrooms that all have their own walk-in closets and a first-floor guest suite. This beautiful new model home will give interested home buyers the opportunity to see the many features and finishes that are offered by Fischer Homes.

The other three homes that will be open for touring during the Designs on Parade event include the Bradford and the Yale plans.

To attend the Designs on Parade event at Barrett Landing, take GA 400 North to Highway 141 via exit 13 and proceed West. Highway 141 will become Bethelview Road. Travel approximately 3.3 miles and turn right onto Kelly Mill Road. Continue approximately one mile, and Barrett Landing will be on the left.
