Resident Sandy Schnee, director of the Soleil Singers, is an enthusiastic member of the community that has left her mark on Soleil Laurel Canyon. Schnee says, “I moved to Soleil more than five years ago, and it was love at first sight.” Schnee spent more than fifty years in New York City as a performer. She never saw herself living in an active adult community, but that quickly changed upon her visit to Soleil. She has led the charge of one of the most popular clubs in the community and it has grown from twelve people in its first year to more than thirty members! Sandy Schnee truly continues to enjoy her passion and lives her own resort-style life every day.

The active adult lifestyle does not properly define living at our community. At Soleil, residents truly live the resort life. The camaraderie and sense of passion among residents creates the most inviting 55-plus community you can find. “This is resort living with all of the extras.
