Design and energy efficiency have always been WarmUp’s top priorities for its in floor heating systems. To keep up with changing design trends, the company has decided to update the faceplate of its 3iE™ thermostat!

Beginning at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Las Vegas in February, WarmUp has been giving the public a chance to view the 3iE™’s new faceplates as well as its new chrome and bronze rims. All KBIS attendees, including design stars such as Jeff Devlin of HGTV’s Spice Up My Kitchen, Bryan Beaumler of HGTV’s House of Bryan and Disaster DIY and Karl Champley of DIY Network’s Wasted Spaces, were invited to pick their favorite combinations to help determine which ones were more appealing.

Following the show, WarmUp designers have been taking into consideration some suggestions from experts at KBIS about popular colors in home design, and the company may be adding an extra color or two to the collection.

The 3iE™ thermostat is intelligent and is the first and only touch-screen, energy monitoring thermostat for in floor heating. On the current faceplate, users can view graphs of recorded energy consumption against the system’s utility costs. Additionally, the 3iE™ also provides users with suggestions for settings to ensure energy efficiency and has a built-in ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).
