The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Intown Renovations Group for winning a Gold OBIE in the Residential Exterior Renovation Over $100,000 category for their work at 2977 Skyland Drive in Chamblee. The OBIE awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

The Intown Renovation Group helped investors upgrade a home with creative and cost effective methods to update the home’s exterior, and after the renovation the home sold for approximately $100,000 over its original sales price. Some of the cost effective measures that were used included keeping the original siding and roof line while upgrading paint, windows and other modifications to make the space more functional.
