While it may not quite be Thanksgiving yet, many local attractions are already getting into the holiday spirit. One such attraction located within walking distance of our Midtown condos, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, will open Garden Lights, Holiday Nights for the season on Friday, November 15.

Garden Lights, Holiday Nights will run nightly from 5 to 10 p.m. on November 15 through January 4. This is the light extravaganza’s third year, and this year’s display sparkles with new imagination inspired by Imaginary Worlds and the almost exclusive use of LED lights. Throughout the garden, you’ll find bars serving hot chocolate, holiday cocktails, beer and wine, and each night at 8 p.m. the Glow Bar in the Edible Garden will have a DJ.

Tickets during the week are $17 for adults and $11 for children ages three to 12. Thursday through Sunday, tickets are $20 for adults and $14 for children.

If you’re a resident of our Midtown condominiums, we encourage you to leave the car at home, enjoy dinner at one of 12th & Midtown’s many restaurant offerings and then walk to the gardens to experience the magical light display.
