The OBIE awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

This active family wanted a beautiful home that performed for their family. We added many custom changes to this floor plan to suit their lifestyle and their personal needs. A home office for dad, a large kitchen island with plenty of seating and prep space, a half bath was to the rear of the home for kids running in from the pool and a work station for mom to keep everyone’s schedules organized were some of these changes.
