This model home was specifically designed to appeal to the 98 percent Indian-American buyer in this neighborhood. A survey of real estate agents at the home’s grand opening found that the vivid colors, multiple living spaces and basement use were especially appealing. Due to the large number of multi-generational buyers, The Interior Partners focused heavily on creating different living areas throughout the home. The home showcases all standard builder selections complemented by hand paintings, fabric and furnishings. Due to great popularity, immediately after opening the model, a full-time hostess was hired to handle the up to 40 groups of people visiting the home each weekend.
