The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Intown Renovations Group for winning a Gold OBIE in the Residential Remodeling – Kitchen Under $50,000 category for their home located at 3031 Jefferson St. in Atlanta. The OBIE Awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

An island was added in the kitchen with both a food prep and seating area, and the new seats tuck under to maintain walkways throughout the kitchen. To keep within budget, the layout of the original kitchen was left intact, with the exception of shifting the opening to the dining room to create additional space by the stove. An additional design feature that was added to the home was the creative location of a bar between the hallway and pantry, allowing the family and guests to prepare drinks without disturbing the chef.
