Kelly Fink with The Providence Group is this week’s guest on the award-winning Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio show. Kelly talks about the changing landscape of the Atlanta real estate market, and her interview is followed by a discussion with Beth Carter of The Fox Theatre.

Kelly Fink is the Vice President of Marketing and Online Sales for The Providence Group. Kelly, who is an Atlanta native, has worked with The Providence Group for three years, and has been in the housing industry for more than 15 years.

The Providence Group is Atlanta’s luxury home builder with condo, townhome and single family home communities priced from the $100,000s all the way up to the $700,000s. One of the main features that sets them apart is that many of their communities offer low maintenance exteriors, so that homeowners have more time to enjoy the extensive amenities and fantastic locations.

Kelly says she has definitely seen a turnaround in the Atlanta housing market. In fact, they have sold almost 300 homes this year with two communities, Highlands of Sandy Springs and Jamestown, having sold more than 60 homes.

With all of this increased demand, The Providence Group is trying to keep up by opening several new communities across the metro area. Whitfield Parc in Smyrna will feature all new designs priced from the $260,000s within walking distance of Smyrna Market Village. In Alpharetta, buyers looking for new homes close to Milton High School will love the beautiful homes priced from the mid $500,000s at Ruths Farm. Nearby, active adults and empty nesters can find peace and luxury at Nesbit Reserve’s master on the main villas in Roswell. Plus in 2014, a new 646 home community, Bellmoore Park in Johns Creek, will offer homes priced from the high $300,000s to $800,000s in addition to a clubhouse, two pools and more.
