12th & Midtown is growing yet again. This time, Raw Denim Boutique, which is currently located in Buckhead, plans to move their store to a cozier home in the heart of the city.
Raw Denim Boutique will open its doors in a new 1,800 square foot space at 77th 12th Street this fall. The boutique, which originally opened in 2010, carries both men and women’s clothing including denim, dresses, shirts and accessories.
“Raw Denim offers a one-of-a-kind boutique shopping experience. Featuring a vast array of exciting labels, Raw Denim is a perfect fit for Midtown’s hip and dynamic customer base. We continue to embrace the idea of bringing unique, exciting shopping and dining destinations to Midtown. Atlanta-based Raw Denim, selected for its edgy approach to fashion, will bring some local flavor to our growing collection of experiences at 12th & Midtown,” said Shirley Gouffon, senior vice president of retail leasing for 12th & Midtown and Selig Enterprises.
Raw Denim Boutique will join other new businesses that will be opening in the building’s 20,000 square foot retail space this fall including Taco Diner, Burger-Fi and Fig Jam Kitchen and Bar.
