David Sturm and Jane Dillavou with Attention to Detail Home Remodeling and Sammy Baker with Contractor’s Best Pest Solution are this week’s guests on Atlanta Real Estate Forum radio. David and Jane talk about how remodeling is all in the details, while Sammy shares winter pest control advice.
David Sturm is a Remodeling Specialist with Attention to Detail (ATD) Home Remodeling and Jane Dillavou is a designer with ATD Home Remodeling. Before founding ATD Home Remodeling, David worked with his dad’s remodeling company and was a chef. Jane has been in Atlanta since 1996, and she has been working as an interior designer for seven years.
Attention to Detail is a unique remodeling company in the sense they listen to the client’s needs, and then they create the new space by combining design and function. One of their favorite tools to use with clients is 3D models, since this allows them to translate what is in their client’s head to an actual, feasible design plan. David’s cooking background also comes in handy because when you want someone to remodel your kitchen, who better to do so then a chef? Another perk is that David will actually cook a meal for you in your new space or give you a cooking class.
