The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Rose Humphrey with Lennar Atlanta for winning a Gold OBIE for Sales Manager of the Year. The OBIE awards are the highest honor given to Atlanta real estate professionals and home builders.
Rose’s largest accomplishment of the year was to conceive, develop and implement the company’s rebranding from black and red to blue and white. Where Rose excelled in this endeavor was that she did not just view this as an exercise in changing collaterals, signage, online presence, etc. for 10 plus communities, which she did with military-style precision. She used the change as a marketing opportunity to trumpet the Lennar presence in Atlanta and the size of our division after just one year of operations.
Part of the Lennar philosophy is to be continuously rolling out new marketing campaigns. These causes Rose to be constantly developing new campaigns, achieving deadlines and coordinating with vendors, agencies and division staff to implement them.
Rose’s daily involvement is one on one with all members of our talented team as well as needs for new community openings which occurred on an approximately monthly basis and included model merchandising, design, collateral, signage and much, much more.
Another area where we have been so excited with Rose is her abilities as related to event planning. Almost monthly we have held dinner for prospects, Realtors, community groups, etc. These gatherings include anywhere from 50 to 500 people, and each one has been a great success thanks to Rose’s coordinating efforts.
In addition to all of this, she still finds time to remain active in her church without interrupting her work duties.
