The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Shira Broder for winning a Gold OBIE for Rookie Salesperson of the Year.

Shira is a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors and represents 10 Terminus Place. A member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the Atlanta SMC, Shira’s sales volume from June 2009 to June 2010 is an impressive $17,026,250. She has sold 52 units, representing 50% of the available inventory at 10 Terminus.

Shira is a member of the Buckhead Business Association where she is an active member of The Young Bucks. A volunteer with Boys & Girls Club, she serves on the Young Leadership Committee.

Shira was recognized by Coldwell Banker NRT as #1 Top-Performer Atlanta On-Site Gross Commmision Income in 2009, as well as NRT #1 Top Performer Atlanta On-Site for Units Sold.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrate their 30th anniversary in 2010. The awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to now feature more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories.
