Fischer Homes features eight model homes in the 2024 Atlanta Parade of Homes, presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. This scattered-site parade includes more than 100 homes across metro Atlanta.
Anyone can participate in the free, self-guided tour and explore decorated model homes. The Atlanta Parade of Homes is open for three weekends, including April 20-21, April 27-28 and May 4-5, offering interested buyers freedom to visit at their convenience. All homes are open on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m.
“The Parade of Homes gives individuals a close-up view of our communities, homes and personalization opportunities,” said Fischer Homes Atlanta Division Manager Josh Brockman. “We want potential homebuyers to feel a connection to the homes, and the self-guided tour allows for that.”
Laurel Farms in Dallas
The newly opened model at Laurel Farms 55+ community in Dallas features the Amelia floorplan, which can include two to three bedrooms and two to three baths. New homes in Laurel Farms start from the mid $300,000s and can have up to 2,645 square feet of decorated living space. This ranch-style home demonstrates why active adults love this low-maintenance community.
Twin Lakes in Hoschton
Twin Lakes in Hoschton is a master-planned community with resort-style amenities, including two private community lakes, a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, cabana, dog park, outdoor living area, walking trails and a large greenspace for yard games.
Three Fischer Homes models in Twin Lakes will be open to tour during the Parade. They are the Avery, Greenbriar, and the Leland. Sweetbay Farm in Lawrenceville
Sweetbay Farm community in Lawrenceville offers easy accessibility to all of Gwinnett County. The 2,711-square-foot Grandin model can include four to five bedrooms and two to five bathrooms.
