Reverie on Cumberland

At this year’s 42nd Annual OBIE Awards, Reverie on Cumberland by Ashton Woods took home the OBIE Award for Attached Community of the Year. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), the OBIE Awards are a premier award in the Atlanta new home construction industry. Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Ashton Woods for winning this impressive award!

Nestled in the heart of Vinings and minutes away from Midtown, Buckhead, and Downtown Atlanta, sits a community rich with history and the perfect blend of southern charm and modern-day sophistication. For those unaware, the site for Reverie on Cumberland was once a signal point throughout the Battle of Atlanta. Fast forward to the 1970s, the area was a destination ski resort for Atlanta’s high society. Considering its eclectic past, Reverie includes a mix of product lines, including Manor, townhomes, and single-family homes just doorsteps from elegant dining, world-class recreation and entertainment.

Separating Reverie on Cumberland from all other communities are two resort-inspired amenity destinations. The Overlook Clubhouse showcases breathtaking Atlanta cityscape views, a private gym, a firepit, a fully stocked grilling area, an activity lawn, and a large outdoor entertaining deck illuminated by cafe lights and bistro-style seating on the terrace level. The second and third floors of the Overlook Clubhouse provide a versatile space for entertaining and events including a full living area, summer kitchen, and activity area – all with picturesque views of Atlanta. Reverie on Cumberland also offers a magnificent courtyard-style pool with resort-style cabanas, a pool deck lounging area, and a pool house with full restrooms and storage.

Whether inspired by the walkability inside and outside of the community, endless activities at your fingertips, proximity to Fortune 500 companies, the various product offerings, or your imagination, at Reverie on Cumberland, you’ll love the possibilities.
