Randi Krasnoff, senior mortgage officer for The American Eagle Mortgage Co., LLC, joins hosts Todd Schnick and Bryan Nonni on today’s All About Real Estate edition of Atlanta Real Estate Forum radio show. The trio discusses the company, its mission, recent TRID changes, effects on the lending market, the Atlanta real estate market and more.
Randi Krasnoff started in the mortgage industry back in 1988 with one of the market’s largest lenders. In her time, she’s gained highly valuable knowledge about both sides of the industry: real estate and lending. The American Eagle Mortgage Co. works to make dreams a reality for its surrounding communities by providing a full range of quality mortgage products. The company makes a personal investment in local communities with education, financial counseling and sound lending practices. In an attempt to promote homeownership for various types or buyers, AEMC provides the best overall experience to its customers.
When customers come to AEMC, they can expect a hands-on approach and a positive experience with the AMEC staff. The way the company treats its staff internally reflects upon its client interactions. “We truly are a work-family type of company. We treat each other with a lot of respect and treat our customers the same way,” said Krasnoff. She continued, “Our goal is to get to the YES!”
AEMC makes it a goal to navigate the road blocks of the mortgage lending process to get customers into the home of their dreams. Many of AEMC’s customers have gone through other mortgage companies prior to coming to AEMC, so the company strives to say yes where others say no.
How does AEMC achieve this? A couple of things contribute to that success, and the biggest asset is in-house underwriting and in-house processing. Additionally, everyone on staff has well over 25 years of mortgage lending experience. When customers come to AEMC, they’re treated like a real person and not like another number.
