Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Thrive Homes, LLC for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Realtor Promotion – Developer/Builder category for its Seven Twelve Oakview community in DeKalb County. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Through the pre-construction phase of the Seven Twelve Oakview community, Thrive Homes worked with Guy Gunter Home and KitchenAid to host an event that was well received and served the dual  purposes of successfully introducing agents to a new community yet to break ground, and also showcased one of the available upgrades – the induction cooking package. Agents enjoyed a lovely lunch in the Guy Gunter appliance showroom, learned about the benefits of induction cooking and were showered with lavish door prizes. All homes in the community were sold prior to the completion of construction, highlighting the benefit of Realtor events such as this induction cooking event.
