Traton Homes recently celebrated a successful 2012 with three new homes representatives receiving recognition at the Atlanta Board of REALTOR’s® 2012 Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club Banquet. The banquet held on Friday, March 8, 2013 at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead, celebrated members of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club and their accomplishments throughout 2012. In order to receive membership, individuals must reach a total gross production of at least 3 million dollars in real estate transactions.
Traton New Homes Representatives Ed Olwine and Kerri Briant were named among the Top 5% in new home sales, with over $9.1 million and over $9.9 million respectively. Mike Riley received a Phoenix Award.

Olwine finished an award-winning 2012 by being named the 10th top agent in new home sales in Atlanta. Earlier in the year, Olwine was named the Salesperson of the Year by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. This is his fifth consecutive year of being recognized as a Top 5% agent. He is currently the New Homes Representative at The Estates of Fernwood Creek in Cherokee County.
Briant made the Top 5% list as the 9th top agent in new home sales. For 2012, Briant was the New Homes Representative at Davis Farm and Cook’s Farm in West Cobb, and is the current New Homes Representative at Traton’s newest East Cobb community, The Estates at Davis Ridge.
Riley celebrated a successful 2012 by receiving a Phoenix Award. Phoenix Awards are given to agents who have qualified for membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club for 10 consecutive years. In 2012, Riley was the New Homes Representative for Leisure Ridge, which just sold out, and is currently the New Homes Representative for Traton’s brand new community, Ridgeview Falls in Dunwoody.
In addition to Phoenix Awards, the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® recognized the Top 5% in production among five categories: New Homes, Individual, REO, Team-Small, and Team-Large. Both Olwine and Briant were recognized for their high level of accomplishments in new home sales.
