Broker-Owner of Re/Max Tru and Tamra Wade Team, Tamra Wade, is in studio for today’s episode of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Joined by co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick, the group discusses Wade’s business, the types of new communities available, agent training, where her company is going and more on this All About Real Estate segment of Radio.
Wade has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, starting in new construction in Atlanta. After being on-site for seven years, Wade ventured into management. She managed a small builder in the area and eventually switched to the resale side of the industry. Wade joined the Re/Max team and started bringing in small and mid-size builders to join the group. Within the last two years, Wade opened up her own Re/Max brokerage.
“I wanted to be able to offer Realtors some options,” said Wade. “If they were doing new construction and were in between neighborhoods, they could switch over to resale and vice versa. Resale agents who want to test the waters with new construction can do that, too. All of our agents go through multiple certifications, so we make sure they know what they are doing. We try and do a little bit of everything.”
The Re/Max Tru and Tamra Wade Team has several communities all over the metro Atlanta area at a variety of price points. Starting in the $100,000s and going up into the $800,000s, there is something for everyone. In addition to the training camp, Wade takes the agents to two national designations that are required to have for residential construction.
