This project started five years ago and approved for 37,000 square feet of commercial space and 57 townhomes—bringing new energy, walkable living and expanded business opportunities to one of the fastest-growing cities in the metro Atlanta area.

Partnership with Davidson Homes
Masterworks Atlanta, with its development team from Bickers Construction, anticipates that horizontal development of this site will complete in the last quarter of 2025. The residential portion of the project is being developed for Davidson Homes, a respected home builder known for delivering high-quality, well-designed communities. Davidson Homes is set to begin construction on the townhomes by the end of 2025 or early 2026, with designs that complement Woodstock’s architectural charm while offering modern features and amenities for today’s homebuyers.
Strengthening Downtown Woodstock
The commercial portion of this project is being built by Pearson Communities. The additional 37,000 square feet of commercial space will attract new businesses, services and dining options, enhancing the city’s reputation as a destination for both residents and visitors. By increasing the commercial allocation in the rezoning, Masterworks Atlanta and Manor Restorations are ensuring the project serves as a catalyst for economic growth and downtown revitalization.
