Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), a leading Southeast general contractor specializing in build-to-rent (BTR) communities, is expanding its Florida portfolio with the construction of Enclave at Marston, a 75-home rental community in Gainesville. The project builds on the company’s growing experience delivering BTR communities across the Southeast.
Owned and managed by AREY Group, Enclave at Marston will feature 75 single family attached homes along with eight garage buildings, a maintenance building, clubhouse amenity and resort-style swimming pool. JCCG will serve as general contractor for the community.

Horizontal construction on Enclave at Marston began in July 2026, with vertical construction expected to begin in the third quarter. Leasing is anticipated to begin in the second quarter of 2027, with construction expected to conclude in mid-2027.
