Kolter Homes earned three Silver Awards during the 2026 Aurora Awards, recognizing the Caroline at Cresswind at Spring Haven in Newnan, Ga., the Sarah at Cresswind at Hammock Oaks in Lady Lake, Fla. and the Zara at Astor Creek Country Club in Port St. Lucie, Fla. The honors reflect Kolter Homes’ focus on thoughtful home design, livability and opportunities for personalization.
The Caroline earned recognition for a layout that balances open gathering spaces with private areas designed for everyday comfort. The plan encourages connection in an open main living area while creating private spaces for quiet moments. A large triple slider opens to the covered lanai, providing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. Residents can start the day with coffee in the fresh air, socialize in the kitchen with loved ones or unwind outside after spending time at the clubhouse.
At Cresswind at Hammock Oaks, the Sarah also received a Silver Award for its spacious, flexible design. Its kitchen and great room establish a natural setting for cooking and entertaining, while the flexible space gives residents room for work, fitness and creative pursuits. The award-winning floor plan is also offered at Cresswind DeLand and Cresswind at Lake Harris.
“The best home designs do more than provide beautiful spaces. They make everyday life feel easier, more comfortable and more connected,” said Nathan Stith, vice president of resort lifestyle at Kolter Homes. “These award-winning floor plans reflect that philosophy with flexible spaces and personalization opportunities that allow homeowners to shape their homes around the way they want to live.”
The Zara floor plan at Astor Creek Country Club received a Silver Award for its inviting spaces for everyday living and entertaining. The connected great room, kitchen and covered lanai make it easy to spend time with family and friends, while the club room offers another setting for gathering. Personalization options, including a club room wet bar, freestanding tub in the Owner’s Bath and second-story bonus space, allow residents to further shape the home around the way they live.
