Center Park Group, a Southeast-based general contractor specializing in build-to-rent (BTR) construction, has completed The Rosemoor, a 222-home rental townhome community developed by Canvas Residential Partners at 250 Foster Drive in McDonough, Georgia. The 27-acre community is now leasing.
Center Park Group served as general contractor for the project, with vertical construction starting in mid-2024. The company delivered 222 two-story townhomes across 38 buildings, with the first homes turned over for leasing in early 2025.

The homes range from 1,309 to 1,712 square feet in two- and three-bedroom plans, with one- and two-car garages, smart home features, quartz countertops, open-concept kitchens and, in select layouts, private fenced yards. The gated community also offers residents a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, dog park, playground, and outdoor kitchen and dining areas.
Delivering a community of this size on a leasing schedule requires sequencing hundreds of individual deliveries. Center Park Group built The Rosemoor on a repeatable production model: standardized plans across all 38 buildings, early buyout and volume procurement of major materials and a subcontractor bench developed across seven Southeast markets. Buildings were turned over in phases, so leasing could begin before the final homes were complete.
The Rosemoor is one of a growing number of Southeast BTR communities using townhome product to offer renters more space than a conventional apartment without the commitment of ownership, a format that has expanded rapidly in suburban Atlanta submarkets like Henry County, where Interstate 75 access supports commuters throughout the metro.
