Other kitchen updates include bronze hardware pulls, a grey grout white lantern-tile backsplash, bright quartz countertops with natural tan veining and pendant lighting over the bar overhang with seating.

Perfect for entertaining, the bar overlooks a dining area with massive table space and the kitchen is now adjacent to a wet bar complete with bar sink, dishwasher and pass-through serving window.

The entertaining spaces continue downstairs to the updated finished basement. This space now features a wine cellar with hardwood flooring, updated lighting, a picture window and an entire wall of built-in bottle and glassware storage, a wine connoisseur’s dream. An L-shaped quartz countertop offers bar seating for socializing around a fresh bottle.

This updated basement also features a wonderful space for movie night or game day festivities with plenty of plush seating surrounding a TV. This family now has a variety of options when it comes to free time and relaxing in their home.
