Selecting the Carson floor plan, the couple worked with the team to incorporate the courtyard patio into the main living area to make room for a game room with pool table. “We had to part with a lot of stuff when we went from 5,600 to 3,100 square feet, but it felt really good to let go of stuff we had been holding onto,” said the Ethertons. “Our biggest concern was how to get our life into a smaller home, but it hasn’t been as awkward as we feared. We love this place and how spacious this plan is.”

Along with a gorgeous ranch home, the Ethertons are enjoying being able to lock-and-leave when traveling. “We set the alarm and go – with yard maintenance taken care of and a no-maintenance courtyard, we are free to travel and have an adventure,” commented the Ethertons.
