Camille Russell Love, Executive Director of the City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs, joins host Todd Schnick and co host Carol Morgan for the Around Atlanta edition of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio to promote the Atlanta Jazz Festival.

Camille has been with the City of Atlanta for almost 18 years, prior to that she was an Art Entrepreneur as well as working for IBM. Loving Atlanta, Camille talks about the wonderful Arts organizations the City of Atlanta gives grants too.

The Atlanta Jazz Festival season kicks off with jazz events every single day of May leading up to the annual festival Memorial Day weekend in Piedmont Park. From MARTA stations, to museums, jazz clubs, restaurants, and local neighborhood parks, the 31 Days of Jazz provides a little something for everyone.

This will be Atlanta’s 39th Atlanta Jazz Festival; this is a tradition in Atlanta that has been FREE for everyone. This three-day weekend festival is filled with all kinds of Jazz for every jazz lover. Jazz has been celebrated all throughout Atlanta recently. With Jazz everywhere, their objective is to help local performers to be able to perform throughout Atlanta as well as others to hear.

Kicking off Friday at 6 p.m. festival-goers will be getting ready to listen to Next Collective at 7 p.m. followed by JOI. With such a great lineup and four different stages to enjoy throughout the weekend, this is an event like no other.
