    Full Weekend Event: This package includes use of the open-air Riverfront Chapel which is located on the bank of the Flint River and the Pavilion on Sugar Hill for the reception.
    The arrival time on Friday is 12pm for set up and departure time is Sunday at 12pm. All décor and food items must be removed by this time. The price for this package is $2,500.

    One Day Event: This package also includes the use of the Riverfront Chapel and Pavilion. The arrival time is 10am and ends at midnight the day of the event. All décor and food items must be removed by this time. The price for this package is $1,000.

    POSH2Flint River Preserve allows outside catering as they do not have a caterer on site. They also do not supply tables and chairs for your event. If you want to supply alcohol for your event, your caterer must have licensed and insured bartenders. You will also be required to sign a waiver and/or obtain and provide a one-day host liquor event liability policy naming wedding party and Flint River Preserve as insured. This is an easy and affordable policy.

    All events will require a $500 security deposit for any damages or trash left on site.
