Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio is joined by Vince Longo live at the 2015 annual OBIE Awards. President of Vincent Longo Custom Homes, Vince Longo tells hosts Todd Schnick and Bryan Nonni how excited he is to be at the 2015 OBIEs and about the homes entered in this year’s awards show.

Vince tells us how excited he would be to be able to win the Gold OBIEs for the homes entered because it would not only be a good representation for the company, but it would let them know that they can start expanding in other areas as well. “One of the homes we entered was a spec home in the Smyrna area, and we wanted to try and target the $400,000 market,” says Vince.

In 2016, we can expect big things from Vincent Longo Custom Homes. Vince states that they expect to have 30 percent of their new homes in a high-end price point and are hoping to double the production of homes in the $400,000s to $800,000s.
