Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Vicki Polo with Ashton Woods Homes for being named the Salesperson of the Year at the 39th Annual OBIE Awards. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given to those working in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
In this competitive marketplace, it takes a seasoned, hard-working and customer-centric professional to reach nearly $35 million in annual sales volume. Vicki Polo has accomplished just that!
Hailing from Bainbridge, Georgia, Vicki attended Georgia State University right here in her adopted hometown of Atlanta and has been selling new homes since 1992. After assisting homeowners in achieving their new home dreams at both Centex Homes and Prudential Georgia Realty, Vicki came to Ashton Woods in 2011 and operated as a New Homes Sales Associate in several high-profile and successful neighborhoods before being promoted to Community Sales Manager in 2017.
Vicki quickly rose as a sales leader when Ashton Woods launched its largest and most visible neighborhood in the Atlanta market – Aria, located right in the heart of Sandy Springs. One of her most accomplished tasks is matching the needs of her customers with one of the more than 52 floor plans originally offered at Aria. Her continued and ongoing success in sales utilizing her strong closing techniques has allowed Vicki to drive herself and the Atlanta Division of Ashton Woods towards their goals. Her approach using a strong work ethic, positive attitude, consistent prospecting and follow-up, and self-motivation has garnered her 33 net sales and almost $35 million in volume for FY2019 – which is an average sales price of nearly $1.1 million!
Vicki’s exceptional customer service and amazing ability in forming long-lasting relationships and unbreakable bonds with her homeowners has made her a well-respected sales leader on the Ashton Woods team. Always willing to help out, Vicki often goes the extra mile to ensure the utmost quality experience for her homeowners, which has become a premier trait to her success.
