This report, based on closings and revenue, ranked Peachtree Residential Properties number 152 out of 400 developers across the nation.

And that quote just about sums up Peachtree Residential’s reputation in the Atlanta housing market. Their homes are full of fine finishes and luxurious features that are tailored to the needs and style of their homeowners; so, you will be hard pressed to find two identical Peachtree Residential homes. In fact, Peachtree Residential is so concerned about providing homeowners with the home of their dreams that they are offering a savings event on pre-sale homes – the Perfect 10 Event – unlike most builders in Atlanta who have only been discounting inventory homes. This is only one of many reasons why Peachtree Residential moved up in the rankings on the Giant 400 list.

To determine the 2009 Giant 400 rankings, Professional Builder analyzed the 400 largest builders based on number of houses closed on in 2008 then sorted those findings by revenue. This year’s Giant 400 only had 350 builders, a reflection on the economic climate.
