Builder D.R. Horton is currently offering free blinds, garage door openers and refrigerator, as well as $5,000 toward closing costs with preferred lender when buyers purchase a completed inventory home. The builder is also offering $2,500 toward designer options and $5,000 toward closing costs with a preferred lender on all new home sales.
At Sterling on the Lake, D.R. Horton has a variety of two-story, single-family homes ready for immediate move-in. Three-bedroom homes on slabs are priced from $256,000, while there are four move-in ready basement homes currently available, priced from $286,000 through $291,784. The homes feature hardwood floors throughout and stainless steel appliances.
Another exciting deal comes from Atlanta-area builder Vanderbilt Homes. The builder is currently offering $5,000 toward closing costs when buyers purchase a new Vanderbilt home at Sterling on the Lake.
Vanderbilt builds single-family ranch homes priced from the $360,000s. Homes include 2,400 to 2,600 square feet of living space with two or three bedrooms and optional second-story flex space.
The final builder offering a special incentive at Sterling on the Lake, also an Atlanta-area builder, is Peachtree Residential Properties. When buyers purchase a home using a preferred lender, Peachtree Residential is offering $5,000 in flex cash plus $3,000 to use toward closing costs.
Peachtree Residential offers luxury townhomes at Sterling on the Lake priced from the mid-$300,000s. The two-story townhomes have 2,300 to 2,800 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms. Townhomes offer site-finished hardwood floors, oak-tread staircase, 10-foot ceilings on the first floor, painted kitchen cabinetry and built-in bookcases in the family room.
