Industry veteran brings extensive experience to growing home builder

Traton Homes is excited to announce Todd Thrasher as Executive Director of Land Acquisition. Thrasher brings a wealth of experience in real estate development and acquisition to the role, making him an invaluable asset to the company as it continues to expand its footprint in the metro Atlanta and Gulf Coast markets.

In his new position, Thrasher is responsible for identifying, acquiring and developing land for future residential communities. His extensive background in land acquisition, entitlement, investor relations and development, coupled with his deep understanding of the local real estate market, will be instrumental in driving Traton Homes’ growth strategy.

Prior to joining Traton Homes, Todd Thrasher served as Managing Partner at Brooks Chadwick Capital, where he led a team focused on real estate opportunities throughout Georgia and the Southeast. His impressive career also includes experience in sports marketing. Thrasher was previously named as one of Cobb County’s “Top 20 Rising Stars Under 40” by the Cobb Business Journal. He has also been appointed to serve on numerous committees for the Cobb County Board of Commissioners, including the 2040 Cobb County Comprehensive Plan steering committee.
