Bryan Allen with Traditions of Braselton

General Manager of Traditions of Braselton Realty Bryan Allen is in the studio for today’s episode of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Joined by co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick, the group discusses the lifestyle, amenities and new home opportunities at Traditions of Braselton on today’s All About Real Estate segment of Radio.

Allen has lived in Atlanta for the past 38 years. With a diverse professional career under his belt, Allen has a degree in electrical engineering and is a retired CEO from Convergent Media Systems. After working with the company for 31 years, he sold the business and began working with Traditions of Braselton Realty a few years later. He is also a resident at the Traditions of Braselton community and has been in his current position for the past two years. Allen’s typical responsibilities include overseeing development lots, sales, construction and HOA. In addition, Allen is also the president of the HOA board at Traditions of Braselton and on the Architectural Review board.

Traditions of Braselton is located north of Atlanta and just one exit away from Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. Developed in 2004, the community has around 1,500 homesites with about half already built. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, the community sold over 120 new construction homes in 2020.
