It’s a wrap and 2018 was a great year for Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio.  Thanks to our show sponsor, Jackson EMC, we were able to feature a mix of the who’s who in Atlanta real estate along with all the fun things to do in Atlanta. Quarry Yards, expected to break ground in 2019, will be a new urban, mixed-use greenspace development on the west side of Atlanta. The first phase of the 70-acre development will be the home of 575,000 square feet of corporate office space, 850 apartments, a permitted 300-key hotel and 75,000 square fett of retail, restaurants and more. Urban Creek Partners and ex-Atlanta Brave Mark Teixiera acquired the property over 10 years ago before the recession and have been waiting ever since for the market to turn.
  2. MarketNsight Makes Housing Predictions for 2018 Market. Always in demand, John Hunt with MarketNsight and ViaSearch predicts the biggest challenge for the new home market in 2018 will be building product for a price that is affordable to homebuyers in a place they want to buy.

  7. Cablik Enterprises Redefines Innovation in Home Building. Alan Cablik, president of Cablik Enterprises shares how they create modern dwellings, “period-correct” homes and custom homes. The company understands the importance of keeping an eye on the market, which is always changing, and being prepared to reinvent itself when it does change.
