- Wilson Parker Homes
- Ryland Homes
- Lennar Atlanta
- Traton Homes
- JEH Homes
While this list is mostly comprised of national or regional builders, local builders Traton Homes and JEH Homes did make the list.
Top 10 Atlanta homebuilders based on total price of homes sold:
- DR Horton
- Pulte Homes
- Ashton Woods Homes
- Crown Communities
- Lennar
- Ryland Homes
- Traton Homes
- Sharp Residential
- Beazer Homes
- KM Homes
On this list, we see more local builders including KM Homes, Sharp Residential and Traton Homes.
Also of note is that the top five public builders hold 18 percent of the market share; in the previous quarter, these same five builders held 16 percent of the market share.
