Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry to townhomes, condos, remodels and single family homes..

The Sutton Buckhead Sales Center is located directly adjacent to the future building site on Peachtree Road in the heart of Buckhead. Designed by Preserve Properties, Barrett Design, Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty Developer Services Division and Wordsearch, the Sales Center features fully built-out vignettes of a residence kitchen and master bath as well as samples for all finishes that buyers are able to select throughout the purchase process. Gilbane, the general contractor building The Sutton, also built out the Sales Center.

The biggest “wow” feature of the Sales Center is a custom, fully immersive Virtual Reality experience that incorporates drone footage to allow buyers to experience the views from any unit in the building as well as the amenities. Additionally, the VR showcases all the finish selections and floor plans for each unit so a buyer can compare various layouts, finish options and views to select their chosen residence and have a high comfort level from having already virtually walked through and viewed it. The Sales Center perfectly tells the story of The Sutton Buckhead and allows prospective buyers to experience what the residences will offer both in-person through the kitchen and bath vignettes as well as virtually.
